MISSED APPOINTMENT: 

Please be considerate!  Unexcused missed appointment(s)/“no show", causes financial and scheduling strain to overall salon operations.

TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

CONTACT US BY PHONE WITH A MINIMUM OF 2-3 HOURS BEFORE THE START TIME OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO VISIT US FOR YOUR

HAIRCUT RESERVATION.

*Note: MISSED APPOINTMENT OR LATE CANCELLATION will result in longer wait times for rescheduling with Pom Poms Children’s Salon, and penalty charge.

After multiple "no-shows" the client will be "blocked" from reserving appointments in advance.

There's no guarantee for future appointments with us for clients who miss any reserved appointment.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

As indicated at the time of your booking, to avoid penalty or inconvenience charges, client cancellations are warmly accepted upto 2 hours before the start time of your reserved appointment.​

*Missed Appointments = 100% charge

*Late Cancellation (less than 2 hours before appointment time)= 50% charge
