We strive to offer an optimal experience to all of our visitors. As we juggle the demands of this business and strive to continue to offer professional, high-quality service during these ongoing ultra-challenging times, PLEASE NOTE:

WE DO NOT TOLERATE THEFT OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.

Furthermore, the safe set-up and intentional cleanliness that we maintain in this friendly space must be respected by everyone. If you or one of your family members breaks or damages or steals any items that belong to us for ex. tools, equipment, piece of furniture, shelving, windows, blinds, toilet, sink faucet, toys, retail product, etc., YOU WILL BE CHARGED A REPLACEMENT FEE & AN INCONVENIENCE FEE, AND IF NECESSARY THE INCIDENT WHICH YOU ARE ATTACHED TO WILL BE REPORTED TO POLICE.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

As indicated at the time of your booking, to avoid penalty or inconvenience charges, client cancellations are warmly accepted upto 2 hours before the start time of your reserved appointment.​

*Missed Appointments = 100% charge

*Late Cancellation (less than 2 hours before appointment time)= 50% charge
