Beware of the effects of staffing shortage! We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstance beyond our control! Examples include: hairstylist illness, injury, unexpected personal day; exhaustion/ burnout, family commitment/emergency, etc.
As a courtesy we always attempt to contact those clients (using contact info on file) through a most efficient method (email or phone), if/when we are unable to fulfill their requested service reservation. Occasionally we may run behind schedule.
Please plan your visit accordingly, as unpredictably extra time may be required!
