While we continue to experience staffing shortage at our niche establishment, we require your consideration while we are trying our best to serve our guests with continued excellence during these challenging times of overdemanding workload. Beware of the effects of staffing shortage! We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstance beyond our control! Examples include: hairstylist illness, injury, unexpected personal day; exhaustion/ burnout, family commitment/emergency, etc.
As a courtesy we always attempt to contact those clients (using contact info on file) through a most efficient method (email or phone), if/when we are unable to fulfill their requested service reservation. Occasionally we may run behind schedule.
Please plan your visit accordingly, as unpredictably extra time may be required!
We apologize for any inconvenient circumstances. Thank you for your continued patience, respect and support. We truly value your patronage and sincerely apologize that we are currently not able to accommodate everyone's appointment request or reservation.

Verbal abuse - a type of emotional abuse—is when someone uses their words to assault, dominate, ridicule, manipulate, and/or degrade another person and negatively impact this person's psychological health. Verbal abuse is a way for a person to control and maintain power over another person.
